As soon as a visitor to your website arrives, they want to read the information they are looking for. If this is not the case, they will most likely click away immediately. This can happen, for example, because you talk about "who we are" on the homepage. This is not what the visitor is looking for. They only want to know what you have to offer them. Therefore, write your texts according to the AIDA model.
Title and meta description
This is the title and text displayed on the left side of Google. Therefore, it must match the text on your website. This is the first thing people read about you. It is therefore very important that there is something here that triggers the visitor to visit your website.
Navigation
The user-friendliness of your website is also very important. Perhaps even more important than the points mentioned above. You can have the most beautiful text on your website, but if your navigation is illogical, it causes irritation. For example, I once saw a website with the navigation menu on the right side. How annoying is *that*!
Visual
Looks matter too. Therefore, ensure that your website looks beautiful and well-presented. For example, by including images. Also, placing a (high-quality) video contributes to that.
Technique
This is where things sometimes go wrong. You don't need to be a specialist to check if your website's technical infrastructure is sound. Simply download the browsers Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. If your website loads correctly in all four browsers, you can assume that your website's technical infrastructure is well-structured.
