You want more brand awareness, so you need to be easily found on Google. If you don't have a website, consumers cannot possibly find you on the internet. As soon as you have a website, you therefore increase the chance that consumers can find you more easily and that they will actually contact you. This way, you get more and more customers, all thanks to your own website!
Tips and tricks
In addition, I have a few tips for you.
1. Find a reliable company that can fulfill your wishes. You have a specific idea of how you want your website; do not let someone change it just because they cannot make it possible.
2. Ensure that your website is built using the same colors. This way, there is a high chance that consumers will recognize your company by its colors. Additionally, it is of course important that your logo appears consistently on your website.
3. Social Media? I’d say: just give it a try! It’s a kind of online 'pub' where various people drop by. There is always some advertising in it. It all comes across as a bit more lighthearted, so you can, for example, perfectly use it to draw attention to extra offers! Ask yourself if you have enough time and creativity for this. There are also companies that can help you with this.
4. Ready-made design? I have two opinions on this. On the one hand, choosing a ready-made design is convenient and often cheaper. On the other hand, it might work against you. There is always the chance that multiple companies have the same design. Additionally, you must ask yourself: does the design suit your company, target audience, and image? This is something you must always keep in mind.
5. As I mentioned earlier, it is important to use search engine optimization. Website text is very important. Google evaluates your website based on its content, not its appearance. However, you shouldn't write texts solely aimed at Google; they must also be appealing to the reader. So, always proofread your texts carefully! You can also have companies do this for you. This way, you don't have to worry about whether the texts are well-written. 😉
