About the feature
You are the linchpin between the customer and the team.
At Best4u Media, we build a significant number of WordPress websites every week. But a website alone isn't enough, because our clients rely on fast and reliable support. As Support Manager, you will be their dedicated point of contact.
You enjoy interacting with customers and turning their questions into concrete actions. You work closely with designers, project managers, support staff, and developers. With your strong communication skills and proactive attitude, you take our customer satisfaction to a higher level. And because we value a good work-life balance, you can also work from home (partially) with us.
This is what your day looks like
- ✓ You help customers via email and telephone
- ✓ You pick up support requests, assign them, and resolve them.
- ✓ You actively contribute ideas regarding hosting, email, and the website.
- ✓ You liaise with the development team
- ✓ You ensure that customers know they are in the right place with us.
Who are we looking for?

✔ At least 3 years of experience at a similar digital agency
✔ You communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
✔ You enjoy contact with customers (email and phone)
